WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JOINING LIR VS LIR REFERRAL?
LIR is for agents who are currently active working with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. They are members of their local MLS.
LIR Referral- These are referral agents who hold an active license but do not want to join NAR or their local MLS. They can earn lucrative referral fees through our network.
ARE THERE ANY MONTHLY FEES FOR LIR Agents?
If you join LIR there is a $100 monthly fee. For LIR Referral Only there are no monthly fees.
IS THERE A TRANSACTION FEE PER DEAL?
Yes, for LIR agents there is a $350 transaction fee for each closed deal to cover broker review, processing costs, and E*O insurance. For LIR Referral Only there is a $250 transaction fee to process the referral.
DO YOU PROVIDE LEADS TO AGENTS?
At this time, we don't provide direct leads, we offer tools and marketing templates to help you generate your own leads effectively.
CAN I WORK WITH LIR IF I'M PART-TIME?
Absolutely! We support both full-time and part-time agents, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule.
WHAT KIND OF MARKETING SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER?
We provide a comprehensive marketing center with customizable materials, social media kits, and branding resources to help you promote your listings and services. We even provide campaigns!
IS THERE AN ANNUAL CAP ON COMMISSIONS?
No, with our 100% commission model, there's no cap. You keep all your earnings minus the transaction fee.
DO YOU OFFER E&O INSURANCE?
Yes, we provide Errors and Omissions insurance to all our agents as part of our commitment to your professional protection.
